LETTER OR RECOMMENDATION - "Honorable and responsible"

As I mentioned, TJ was very careful and quite reasonably priced when he did a considerable amount of work for Mrs. J. Further, TJ has done some emergency work for another friend about 4 years ago in Esperanza Estates.
Note that Patti & I have coated your house roof at least twice. Further, note that your "garage" has a serious depression (up to 1.5 - 2.0 inches in places) immediately above your garage door. Gene Kasper, the owner of your house at that time, did not want to spend what was necessary to correct the matter. However, I strongly recommend that you inquire of TJ what his recommendations would be for your roof - especially if you are seriously considering placing solar panels on it.
TJ is NOT the least expensive roofing contractor you will find. But, he is honorable and will provide a fair and transparent proposal to you.
